Join your friends at Happy Trails Tours and we’ll “Take You Out to the Ballgame!“ It’s the Minnesota Twins verses the KC Royals. We’ll begin our boarding in Grand Rapids, Hibbing, Virginia, Eveleth, Proctor and Scanlon. We’ll arrive to Target Field about an hour before the game is scheduled to begin. After the game (and they generally last about 2 ½ hours), we’ll make a quick dinner stop on the way home. The coach will arrive to the Scanlon area at about 5:30 pm with an early evening arrival home to the Iron Range cities between 6:30 - 7 pm; and Grand Rapids around 8:30 pm, depending on traffic and road construction. We hope you can join us!

$50 deposit per person (Refundable up to April 15, 2016) is due with registration within 7 days of receiving this brochure. After April 15, 2016 the tour is transferable. Personal check, money orders or credit cards accepted. Final payments are due April 20, 2016. Documents will arrive about 2 - 3 weeks prior to departure. Refunds with cancellations made between April 15 - April 27, 2016 is contingent to what Happy Trails Tours receives back from bus charter, MN Twins and tour company. There are no refunds after April 27, 2016.
Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. No seat is considered solid without a deposit paid. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. This tour will happen rain or shine. If the game is rained out, a refund for only the portion of the game ticket is refundable through MN Twins. However, this is their call. Sometimes games are delayed due to weather, which may affect the day’s schedule. If the game is rained out and cancelled, we'll make the best of the day and take you someplace out of the elements where you are dry and safe.
We reserve the right to adjust this tour for the benefit of all traveling. We have no control over weather, MN Twins game schedule or charters. Should a change occur, we will inform you of any adjustments as we learn of them. We need a minimum of 30 travelers to take this tour. If we fall below that number and the tour is cancelled, all monies paid will be refunded.
