Join your friends at Happy Trails Tours and we’ll “Take You Out to the Ballgame"!  It’s the Minnesota Twins verses the Oakland A's. We’ll make various early morning stops beginning in Grand Rapids, the Iron Range, Proctor and Scanlon area picking up people as we go along. We’ll arrive to the Target Field about an hour before the game is scheduled to begin. After the game (and they generally last about 2 ½ hours), we’ll make a quick dinner stop on the way home in Hinckley, paying on own. The coach will arrive to the Scanlon area at about 6:30 pm and the Iron Range Cities about 8:00-9:30 pm (depending on traffic).  We hope you can join us!
 
~Here’s what your day trip includes~
 
$60 deposit NON REFUNDABLE per person due with registration. They are transferable. Personal check, money orders or credit cards accepted. Final payments are due August 2, 2019.   Documents will arrive in late June after final payments have been received.  Refunds between June 1 and June 18, 2019 are contingent to what Happy Trails Tours receives back from bus charter, MN Twins and tour company. No refunds after August 1, 2019.
 
Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. No seat is considered solid without a deposit paid. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. This tour will happen rain or shine. If the game is rained out, a refund for only the portion of the game ticket is refundable through MN Twins. However, this is their call. Sometimes games are delayed due to weather, which may affect the day’s schedule. If the game is rained out and cancelled, we’ll make the best of the day bringing you someplace out of the elements where you are dry and safe.
 
We reserve the right to adjust this tour for the benefit of all traveling. We have no control over weather, MN Twins game schedule or charters. Should a change occur, we will inform you of any adjustments as we learn of them. We need a minimum of 25 travelers by August 1, 2019  to take this tour. If we fall below that number and the tour is cancelled, all monies paid will be refunded.
