You may also bring along a carry-on bag inside the coach which you are personally responsible for. Remember a sun hat, sunscreen, raincoat, and umbrella (just in case). Bring binoculars, your camera and extra batteries and your charger.
The Schedule: Occasionally changes occur that are beyond our control. If this happens, we’ll replace it with something of equal value or better. We are not responsible for cancellations due to things beyond our control, such as pandemics, weather, attractions, etc.…. Please read our disclaimer.
The Coach: The motor coach is equipped with seatbelts, restrooms, air-conditioning, sound-system, reclining seats, DVD player, TV, & large windows. Our coach company is Trobec Bus Company based out of St Stephens, Minnesota. Google: Trobec Bus Company to learn more!
The Hotels: The hotels we use are beautiful properties. They always include two beds (occasional one for couples unless otherwise

It offers many stops to Clearwater beach, restaurants, shops, etc.….
People with Special Needs: Folks with special needs can easily do this tour if they can do some walking short distances. If you can climb
at least six steps into the coach, you’ve got it made! We stop the coach every 2 ½ to 3 hours to stretch, get a cup of coffee and use the restrooms while traveling. Let us also know of any allergies (such as colognes, perfumes, foods, etc.…) or if you have any special needs at all.
Please note the beach is EXPANSIVE. The hotel offers a shuttle ride for those who find it challenging to walk. If you have a motorized scooter, feel free to bring it. Be sure to let us know so it can be cleared through the bus company for size and weight to match up for ramps.
Changes: We reserve the right to adjust this schedule for the benefit of all traveling. If a change of hotel, restaurant or an attraction occurs, we’ll replace it with one of equal value or better. As always, we will inform you of any changes as we learn of them.
