The stadiums are all open-aired stadiums. Though it's August, several games are in the evening when it's cooler. We've requested seats with few steps and covering over head. Most can provide that. If your travel partner does not want to attend all ballgames listed but wants to take this tour....no problem. There's great shopping, indoor pools, etc. Let us know in advance.
$100 deposit per person is due with registration. No reservation is secure without a deposit paid. Monies returned after initial deposits are paid, will be contingent on game ticket cancellation policies set by the ball teams. Other contingencies regarding cancellation refunds are also reflected by hotels, charters, tour companies and restaurants. Some of these are fully refundable if we receive the cancellation by June 14, 2012. Final payment is due June 15, 2012. No refunds with cancellations after July 1, 2012.
