“The Gaither Homecoming” Bill Gaither will go on tour with a cavalcade of singers, musicians and comedians, whose collective talents have been honored with countless awards. Joining Gaither are the Gaither Vocal Band, Jeff & Sheri Easter, Lynda Randle, Booth Brothers, Signature Sound Quartet, The Isaacs, and many others. (all artists are subject to change). Though we’ve got our lower level seats reserved, as always folks need to be able to do some longer distance walking because the Target Center is a pretty big arena. Let us know if you have any walking difficulties. “Phantom of the Opera” Andrew Lloyd Webber’s award-winning international phenomenon directed by Harold Prince has woven its magical spell over standing-room audiences in more than 100 cities worldwide. The Phantom of the Opera, the longest running show in Broadway history, now returns to Minneapolis to take your breathe away. It’s a timeless story of seduction and despair and the one show The London Sunday Times called “God’s gift to the musical theatre.” We thought our Gaither fans would enjoy an additional big ticket show included in their Gaither Homecoming package! This matinee will be performed at the lovely Orpheum Theater!

	Financial Responsibilities: $50 (non-refundable) deposit per person is due with registration.
	Minimum Number Needed to Take the Tour Out: The tour is based on a minimum of 35 travelers. If the numbers drop below this the tour runs the risk of being cancelled. If WE have to cancel the tour, we refund 100% of all monies paid.
	Payment Due Date: Final payments are due April 25, 2009 Personal checks, money orders or cashier’s checks accepted. Sorry, no credit cards.
	Last Minute Cancellations: Travel Insurance is available at an additional charge should an emergency arrive that might cause you to cancel. This even covers inclement weather if it should play a part in causing the tour to cancel. Let us know if you would like a brochure.
	Final Documents: Final confirmations, exact time of boarding & detailed itineraries will be sent in early May AFTER final payments are received.

8:15 AM - Grand Rapids Forest Lake Restaurant (park in the lower lot)
9:15 AM - Hibbing Super 8 ~ 9:45- Virginia Village Inn ~ 10:00 AM - Eveleth Super 8
11:00 - 12:00 PM - Duluth at Perkins Miller Hill Mall, breakfast break - paying on own.
12:30 PM - Cloquet Perkins - (Pick up folks here).
2:30 PM - Estimated arrival to Crowne Plaza Riverfront Hotel in St Paul on Kellogg Street.
Relax at the hotel before dinner & show. Dress Code: Nice dress clothes (formal wear is not necessary)
4:30 PM - Board the bus and travel to the Target Center in Minneapolis
5:00 PM - Dinner, included. Buffet dinner will be served at the NBA Restaurant in the Target Center
7:00 PM - Enjoy the show….. “Gaither Family Homecoming ”
(We’ve ordered top price seating for the show which offers seats somewhere in the lower level. Exact seating yet to be announced.)
