7:00 am - An included, full breakfast is served at BW Center Pointe Inn. Board the bus and take an area tour of the Ozark Mountains with local step on guide, Omar Gibson. Our tour will include a stop at the College of the Ozarks and the Fruitcake Factory.
1:00 pm - After our lunch, paying on own, we’ll travel to the RFD- TV Theater to see Dusty Rogers (Roy and Dale’s son) in the Roy Rogers Jr Show. He and his band the High Riders play great old time country music. We love seeing his show – they always sing “Happy Trails” to us.
After the show, dinner is included tonight before going to Moon River Theater to see Andy Williams. As many of you know, Andy is battling cancer and at the time this tour is being set up, he has not confirmed if he’ll be there to perform. He IS planning to be there unless circumstances beyond his control prevent him otherwise. So…other performers at this theater are the Lennon Sisters and “Oh What A Night” performers. (They do Four Season’s music!) We sure hope Andy will be well and able to be there…but regardless, we’ll continue to visit the Moon River Theater on our 2012 Branson tours. After the show, in case you’re not in the holiday spirit yet, we’ll drive through the Trail of Lights, where you’ll see lots of pretty lights.
November 17 - Saturday, Day 4 Daniel O Donnell and Johnny Mathis Christmas Shows
7:00 am - A full breakfast awaits, at the BW Center Pointe Inn before beginning our day’s activities. The morning is open for you to enjoy an early morning show or visit a museum, per your own agenda. But you decide how busy you want to be. We can help you find something to fill this time if you wish. NOTE: Sometimes it nice not to have to do or go anywhere…especially when you have two big shows back to back (Daniel and Johnny). Now that’s a full day in itself.
Right after lunch, we’ll board the coach and travel to the Tri-Lakes Theater for the Daniel O Donnell show! Daniel has one of the most popular shows in town and it’s difficult to secure tickets for his show unless you get them far in advance. And we HAVE tickets! And they are good seats near the front in the 10th row on the side where he walks down to greet his fans. Dinner. included with specifics TBA. After dinner, board the coach and we’ll travel just down the road to the Mansion Theater. Take your seats for Johnny Mathis Show. He was fabulous last year and he sounds just as wonderful as he always has. He’ll sing all his big hits along with his personal Christmas collection that have become his signature songs.
